UK County Celebrates Lumiere Festival with Breathtaking Installations

The fourth Lumiere festival closed on 15th November at 11pm. First estimates put the number of visitors at around 200,000 attending the festival over four nights. The festival is produced by Artichoke and commissioned by Durham County Council with additional support from Arts Council England and a raft of sponsors.
