LEDforum 2011 is a two-day event organized by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, presented by Shanghai Research Center of Engineering and Technology for Solid-State Lighting and LEDinside. LEDforum Shanghai 2011 will be held on July 6th and 7th at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai.

The South Asia Lighting Transformation Forum was planed to hold in January 17-19 of 2011 in Malé, Maldives. The Forum will describe blueprint for lighting in South Asia with a commitment to efficiency and clean energy.

LEDforum 2010 is a two-day event organized by LEDinside and the Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute. The agenda for the first day covers on LED components and equipment trends. LEDforum 2010 - Where You Find the Latest LED Trends and Global Industry's Dynamical Development!

LEDforum China 2010, held by research institution LEDinside, debuted today. World-class speakers are invited to share professional points of view, analyze trends and challenges of the LED industry, and introduce the latest lighting technology. Over 1000 participants from the industry, government, and academia circles have all gathered at the forum.

Faced with issues such as energy shortage and global warming, governments across the globe have implemented various incentives and subsidies for energy-saving products. At the LEDforum 2009 Panel Discussion, LED industry heavyweights shared their points of view on the competition and development in the industry. On Nov, 25th at the LEDforum 2009, Dr. Ruan Jun, Deputy Secretary General of China Solid State Lighting Alliance, made a speech on the cross-strait industrial cooperation between mainland China and Taiwan. Under the principle of establishing mutual trust, seeking common grounds and creating a win-win situation, the two sides will work together to establish a characteristic mechanism of cooperation in both technology and industry of Solid State Lighting (SSL).
