OSRAM’s LEDs Help Three Beijing Districts Pilot LED Street Lighting Save 50% Energy

Street lamps with OSRAM Opto Semiconductors’ OSLON SSL LEDs as light source have been installed in three districts in Beijing. These 120W/180W LED fixtures will save up to 50% in energy consumption compared to the 250W/400W sodium lamps they replace. In addition, these LED street lamps provide uniform lighting for drivers and pedestrians. The LED street lamps are in Ti Yu Guan Road, Bei Yuan East Road, Gong Yi West Bridge and Xin Fa Di Road.
