Recently, Sino American Silicon Products is reported to divide its semiconductor and LED departments into two independent companies  named as “Huanchiu Wafer “and “Sapphire Technology”  ,completely owned by the company, which will retain its core photovoltaic business.The base day for the split is set on October 1.
