AIXTRON announced that the company will supply multiple AIX 2800G4-TM (IC2) cluster systems to San’an Optoelectronics. The Chinese chipmaker with its long-term plan for the rising market demands for fine pitch displays requires a capacity increase in red, orange and yellow LEDs (ROY LEDs).
