UK LED Manufacturer Lights 4 Living Responds to Melbourne LED Upgrade Plan

The Melbourne City Council in Australia has proposed a scheme to upgrade its public lighting over a period of 10 years, according to the article 'Melbourne plans public lighting upgrade' by lighting.co.uk (20th Aug).
