Taiwan-based Global Brands Manufacture (GBM) would set up a production base for the manufacture of PCB and PCB assembly (PCBA) locally, and recently it had signed an investment MOU with the government of Chongqing City, western China.
GBM focused on the motherboard, notebook and HDD markets, and extended its market reach to automotive and LED lighting products.
In November, GBM consolidated revenues reached NT$3.36 billion, down 5% on month but up 36% on year. PCBA revenues accounted for 61% of the company's total sales in November, and PCB revenues made up the remainder.
