Bridgelux Inc., bringing innovation to light by providing high power, energy-efficient and cost effective LED solutions, has been chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the GoingGreen Global 200 winners. Bridgelux was selected by the AlwaysOn editorial team and industry experts worldwide for being one of the most promising private greentech companies on the planet.
The Top 200 list recognizes companies that are pioneers in developing the technologies of tomorrow. 2012 winners are pushing outside the confines of existing markets and mapping the path toward global sustainability. Companies were selected based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialization, stakeholder value and media buzz. The winning companies will be honored at the annual GoingGreen Venture Summit at the Golden Gate Club in San Francisco on November 27th and 28th.
“We are honored to once again be included in the GoingGreen Global 200 list. This validates our passion and commitment to driving market adoption of energy efficient solid state lighting,” said Bill Watkins, Bridgelux chief executive officer. “Recognition from influencers and experts in the greentech industry encourages our focus on technology development and product innovation.”
