KMC to Install LED Lighting System for Shahrah-e-Faisal

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) intends to install LED lighting system for Shahrah-e-Faisal, an important 16-km long road of Karachi with 600 electric poles.

KMC Acting Administrator Matanat Ali Khan in chair, has given briefing about the project of LED lighting system under public private partnership in a meeting was held Monday.

Under the proposed plan the contractor would bear all expenses of the project whereas this project would generate Rs 18 million revenue for KMC on yearly basis.
