Xeleum Launches Its New Athena Series LED Stairwell Light Fixture

Xeleum Lighting recently announced its new Athena Series Stairwell LED Light Fixture. It can automatically provide 100% light levels only when the space is occupied, while the space is empty, it will provide 20% light levels at the power saving level of. The combined use of occupancy sensors and LED lighting can obviously reduce energy consumption, with savings of up to 85% comparing to conventional stairwell fixtures.

Mehrdad Ghalebi, President of Xeleum said that “One of the unique features of this product is the emergency battery back-up system inside the fixture. This fixture allowed us to fully integrate the electronics with the lighting and battery systems, thereby achieving far superior overall performance at a significantly less cost than before.

Additional features include vandal-resistant construction and electroluminescent tape recharge capability. The installation of this fixture is simply because the fixture is self-contained. Available in two foot and four foot lengths, the LED stairwell light fixture can be used for many years without maintenance.

The Athena Series Stairwell LED Light Fixture is UL 924 rated, FCC certified, NFPA compliant and in conformance with DOE rulings pertaining to ASHRAE 90.1-2010, Section 9.4.16(g). Input power is 30 watts in full-on mode and 6 watts in dimmed mode.
