India LED Manufacturer Syska Launches Smart Bulbs

Indian LED manufacturer Syska launched a colorful smart LED bulb in the local market at a price of INR 1,999 (US $30.96), reported Techradar.

The report labelled the pricing as “exorbitant”, perhaps by Indian standards where average white LED bulb price has dropped to about INR 75, due to government incentives to push for more efficient nationwide lighting.

The smart LED bulbs, Smartlight Rainbow LED, are color tunable and can be controlled with a smartphone using Bluetooth connection. Supporting app Syska Rainbow LED app can be downloaded to swith the lights and set the mood.

The light can also be synced with music and blink in beat with music.

The LED bulb has a lifespan of 25,000 hours, and can cut up to 80% of energy bills. As for the specs of the Bluetooth LED bulbs, it is capable of delivering 480 lumens output, has a lifespan of 25,000 hours and capable of turning into 3 million colors.
