NexPhase Lighting’ LED Services the Entire City Furniture Chain

Onteco Corporation’s subsidiary, NexPhase Lighting, Inc. is announced the completion of the first installation and testing of its LED 100 Watt High Bay fixtures installed at City Furniture’s main distribution warehouse in Tamarac, Florida.

According to Jon Cooper, President of NexPhase, they use replaced a mere dozen of 100 watt High Bay LED fixtures that consume only 1200 watts of power to replace eighty T8 fluorescent fixtures that consumed 5,600 watts of electricity. And they expected that the return on investment to be less than 2 years when taking electricity and maintenance costs into account.

At present, the facility has over 1,000 high wattage traditional lighting fixtures. So the company intents to continue converting the facility to a fully intelligent LED lighting solution.
