Continuing with our regular weekly reviews, in China Foxconn has been rumored to receive large LED bulb orders from Philips, while the LED industry has failed to receive first batch of IPO approvals. In Northern America, U.S. and neighboring Canada’s phase out of incandescent bulbs will become effective as of Jan. 1, 2014.
