LED Lighting Inc. to be a reseller of ilumisys lighting

Recently, ilumisys, Inc., developer and producer of next-generation solid-state lighting technology, announced that LED Lighting Inc. is becoming a reseller of ilumisys lighting.

Now, Chicago’ LED Lighting offers the ilumisys line of alternative energy lighting products, including patented LED tubes, which are designed to directly replace standard T8 and T12 fluorescent tubes. Unlike the fluorescent tubes they replace, the ilumisys MK1 tubes are mercury-free in addition to providing an energy-efficient alternative.

Bill Hood, the founder and CEO of LED Lighting noted there has never been a more stable, higher yielding investment than solid-state lighting used in the proper application. They chose to partner with ilumisys for its commitment to patented LED solutions and the highest level of integrity that goes into its designs and products.

Ilumisys stressed they have created the next-generation solid-state lighting, which offers an easy transition from traditional fluorescent lighting while taking full advantage of attributes of LEDs including long life, temperature robustness, vibration tolerance and energy efficiency. According to Dave Simon, president of ilumisys, ilumisys's reach continues to expand, and LED Lighting is an ideal partner to help them achieve their vision. They share a goal of transforming businesses and organizations through more eco-friendly and efficient lighting.

It’s disclosed patented circuitry enables ilumisys MK1 LEDs to operate in existing fluorescent fixtures, without modifications to the fixtures or ballasts, allowing users to simply remove an existing fluorescent tube and drop in the ilumisys MK1 product. The ilumisys MK2 runs off of 120 VAC and 277 VAC building currents.
