SOS LAB has collaborated with On Semiconductor, using the SPAD Array for sensing single photons for solid-state LiDAR ToF applications. The company also received US$ 8 million series A+ funding in May, 2020.
Prototype of its 3D solid-state LiDAR ML-1 was showcased at CES 2020 and based on its partnership with On Semiconductor. By securing more funds, the company is now focusing on commercializing its LiDAR sensors.
