Taiwanese LED manufacturer Unity Opto’s LED lighting order visibility has reached five months, according to a China Times report.

The company has officially raised its LED bulb shipment volume to between 50 million to 60 million bulbs, a huge leap compared to 2014. In addition, the LED backlight industry will be entering its traditional peak season in March.

Unity Opto’s revenues began to rebound in January 2015, and its consolidated revenue reached NT $850 million (US $27.12 million). Compared to the same period in 2014, the company’s revenue was up 52%, and monthly revenue even climbed up 28%. Due to fewer work days in February because of the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays in Taiwan, Unity Opto expects revenues to soar next month.
