Global Tech LED's Solstice LED System Awarded U.S. Patent

The LED Solstice System of Global Tech has been awarded U.S. Patent. (Global Tech/LEDinside)

Global Tech LED continues to raise the bar by creating and manufacturing revolutionary LED products, and is proud to announce that its LED Solstice System has been awarded U.S. Patent numbers 9,091,424 and 8,979,304.  Global Tech LED delivers LED lighting experiences and products consumers expect from its number one selling retrofit line and there is much more to come.

“We have experienced a large influx of copy cat products from Asia that are infringing on our patents,” said Gary Mart, Global Tech LED CEO; “We will be unyielding in our pursuit of those that infringe, and the manufacturers, distributors and end users that do so will experience the legal consequences of their actions.”

“Not all LED products are created equal, and our USA-made Solstice products outpace and outperform any competitor on the market today, demonstrating the quality commitment driving our innovation.”

As a leader in the USA LED Retrofit market, we frown on companies that import cheap products from overseas, “It not only hurts Global Tech LED, but it also has an adverse effect on our economy” said Gary Mart. “We have been diligent in our efforts to provide superior USA LED lighting product that we are proud to say is made in the USA.”

Moving consumers away from inferior, ineffective, and inefficient imports is our primary goal, and we do so by extending our leadership in LED innovation and creation of products that transform the marketplace, while providing customers who demand high-quality lighting with our USA-made LED Engines, Retrofits and Fixtures.

China is among several economies whose manufacturing price advantage over the U.S. is eroding, and other countries that are becoming less cost competitive include Brazil, Russia, the Czech Republic and Poland.

On the other side, moderate wage growth and lower energy prices are making the USA a desirable manufacturing destination; “more U.S. businesses are likely to produce goods closer to home in the coming years,” says Jeff Newman, President of Global Tech LED.

The offshore LED products entering our country has delayed the adoption of this technology in the marketplace, and consumer confidence and knowledge in LED technology is still minimal due to off shore LED product failures in the field, and the consequential lack of remediation for the warranty in our country. We strongly urge our distributors and consumers to use our USA-made products to speed the adoption of this technology, which will help our economy by creating jobs, and provide our environment with sustainable, carbon reduction technology for the benefit of us all.
