One More Event Postponed due to Coronavirus: LEDucation Rescheduled to August 18-19

After Light + Building and ProLight + Sound postponed due to concern of the coronavirus epidemic, another lighting related event LEDucation that was scheduled from March 17 to 18, has been moved to August 18 to 19, 2020.

LEDucation is a non-profit event organized by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York, serving as a platform for industry professionals to experience new technologies or advance their knowledge with series of seminars and conference arranged. The event takes place in New York City and is expecting over 400 exhibitors and more than 6000 attendees this year.

Concern of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is escalating in the U.S. and the cases in New York City continues to rise. “Based on the evaluation of evolving circumstances, it is clear that it would be an unacceptable risk to bring so many together in New York next week. The safety and health of our industry is of utmost importance, ” said Burt Grant and Caroline Rinker, LEDucation co-chairs.
