Premier Holding Subsidiary E3 to Supply LED Lighting to Inland Star

Premier Holding, the parent company of an ESCO, an energy seller and a reseller in deregulated markets, announces that its 100% owned subsidiary Energy Efficiency Experts (E3) has been awarded the contract to be the material provider of hundreds of LED lights to Inland Star for its 210,000 square foot warehouse in Carson, California. The facility is leased from Prologis Inc. a global industrial real estate investment trust (REIT) who owns, manages and develops approximately 3,000 logistics and distribution facilities across the US, Asia and Europe, serving approximately 4,700 customers across a diverse range of industries.

E3 was selected by Inland Star to provide over 250 LED Linear panels to replace older 458 watt HID lamps. These new LED lamps consume only 100 watts provide a savings of nearly 80% over their old HID fixtures.

Chris Lacy, owner of Lacy Construction, the General Contractor who is installing the new lamps stated: "The team at E3 provided the best price, product, and service of all the lighting products we looked at. Their deep consulting service ensured we received the best lamp at the right price for this very specific application."

Kevin Sullivan, Director of Sales for E3, added, "We are honored to be selected for this project. It had some very unique requirements that our staff is experienced at researching and accommodating. We were confident we could locate the best lamp for this specification, and do so at a very reasonable price."

PRHL's President and CEO Randall Letcavage stated, "I am proud at how our team at E3 is excelling at the service and consulting aspect of this business. In an industry that seems to be focused on cursory commodity sales, we strive to differentiate ourselves by providing superior service, maintaining a 'product agnostic' approach to ensure we offer the best solution available for our clients' needs."

Energy Efficiency Experts is a major part of Premier's larger plan to provide "Everything Energy" to its thousands of clients and the massive energy market. This subsidiary leverages the marketing success of its other subsidiary, The Power Company (TPC), an energy broker, which creates new energy efficiency prospects for Energy Efficiency Experts (E3), allowing Premier to further its plan of integration in this sector.
