Panasonic's gold-winning EVERLEDS LED light bulbs

The Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) conferred the gold award, which is the top award at the International Design Excellence Awards 2010 (IDEA 2010) to Panasonic Corporation for its EVERLEDS LED light bulbs (standard E26 base and compact E17 base).

The EVERLEDS LED light bulbs were introduced in October 2009 in Japan. And the E17 bulb is designed to replace compact bulbs which had been too large to fit.

With Panasonic's unique heat dissipation technology, the EVERLEDS LED light bulbs feature a cylinder-shaped compact design. This design makes the LED package and the aluminum chassis are attached closely thereby improving the luminance efficiency. And its flat surface design and shape distinctively keeps it free from dust.
