EvoLucia Offered 48W LEDs for City of Corunna, Michigan to Retrofit Its Streetlights

The city of Corunna, Michigan has replaced a number of downtown 175W metal halide streetlights with 48W LEDs from EvoLucia, the LED lighting subsidiary of Sunovia Energy.

The city installed the EvoLucia PTR Retrofit Kit, a "plug-and-play" LED retrofit product that allows for simple, one-for-one direct replacement using existing poles.

It’s reported that Corunna's downtown LED retrofit project was made possible by two grants from the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth (DELEG) totaling $100,000. EvoLucia sales representative Mike Bay of Baylume, Inc., successfully bid the project and was awarded the contract.
