Taking customer intimacy one-step further, is where CarUX works with some of its customers in an earlier phase of development. In predevelopment projects, we co-create ideas with our customers and even on a more fundamental basis, we engage in research projects to generate ideas based on the fundaments of our technology. During IAA Mobility 2025, CarUX shows a perfect example of how collaboration with our customers will result in new User Experiences. One of the highlights of the IAA show will be a cockpit design, which shows a MicroLED (uLED) Augmented Reality Head up display in combination with a full size A-to-A-pillar reflection display system integration.

A key technology for future automotive interior user experience will be uLED. This will enable us to move beyond standard square and flat surfaces of displays, which truly creates new value. The three use cases that CarUX does foresee for micro LED are the following:

• High Luminance: enabling projection in the transparent area of the windscreen;
• Tiling: a borderless uLED Tile will enable unlimited modularity by tiling whole walls of display with uLED’s;
• Transparent: uLED will enable a transparent user experience where augmented reality can really flourish.
