Lemnis Lighting’s Pharox 300 LED Bulb Named "Best of the Test" by The Dutch Consumers' Union

Netherlands based Lemnis Lighting’s Pharox 300 LED light bulb was named "Best of the Test" by the Dutch Consumers' Union.

According to the company, the test, conducted in October 2011, pitted the 6-watt Pharox 300 against five other LED bulbs readily available in Europe. The Pharox bulb scored ten out of ten on four of the test's ten criteria: light output, light color, lifetime, and turning directly on.

The results are significant because, while a small market, the Netherlands are particularly interested in LED technology, having been early and wide adopters of LED bulbs since 2006.
