LiteOn and Leotek Push Back Merger

LiteOn Technology announced on the 19th that the merger date with Leotek Electronics will be pushed back from April 7th to June 29th due to business requirements, according to Economic Daily News.

Leotek is an integral part of the LiteOn Group in regards to the LED market. The company is the largest exporter of LED streetlights in Taiwan with in-house brand LEOTEK. Leotek is also strategizing Taiwan LED streetlight bids to become the most important supply chain in the country.
