Arima Optoelectronics will establish new LED factory in Jiangsu and will get RMB 1.5 billion subsidy

 A few days ago, LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker Arima Optoelectronics planed to establish LED Mark Bray silicon wafer factory in the name of Arima Optoelectronics Jiangsu in Wujiang ,and Arima Opto owed a wholly shareholding with US$30 million investment.


In order to expand blue light LED productivity, the company also had set another new factory in Changzhi city. Now the factory has been built, which are expected to import 15 MOCVD before the end of 2010, reaching 30 MOCVD in 2011.


Arima optoelectronics noted that the company will receive one MOCVD preferential allowances of 10 million Yuan. The new plant will import 30 MOCVD in 2010, 10 of which will start operation by the end of 2010. The plant will also import 150 MOCVD in the next 5 years, so it will be subsidized RMB 1.5 billion.
