Samsung released new eco-friendly LED monitors

Samsung released its range of LED-backlit LCD monitors.

The new range has “no or few” environmentally hazardous materials, no lead or mercury and have 40% reduced power draw.

Based on energy consumption, the company has incorporate preset options for brightness levels at 100%, 75%, 50% and power-saving off mode, Both series also meet Energy Star 5.0 standards for power consumption.All units offer two-millisecond response times and full HD (1920×1080-pixel) resolution.

Difference from the 30 series, the Magic Return feature built into the 50 series – it automatically redirects content from one screen to another if a user is running two screens and one screen is disconnected or shuts down.
