Genesis expected its revenues will increase above 40% in Q310

Genesis Photonics hoped its Q3 revenues of 2010 increase 40% straightly, and get about NT$1 billion (US$31 million) from LED billboards in China.

Genesis planed to get high revenues dues to increasing orders for backlighting from old customers in Korea, Taiwan, Japan and China. Billboards orders of high-power LEDs for TV backlighting and outdoor lighting from the customers will account for 45% in Genesis' overall revenues in 2010, in which orders from China in 2010 will account for over 30%.And Genesis estimated LED epitaxial wafers orders from China in 2011 would increase two times than in 2010.

The company increased nine MOCVD sets in the first six month and planed to increase another twenty in the second six month of 2010.Genesis was expected to have fifty-five MOCVD sets in both blue and green LED chip production at the end of 2010.
