Light Pebbles Creates New LED Lighting Concept

Recently, UK designer Toby Fox has broken the design of typical LED bulbs and created energy efficient lighting project on Coroflot.

Fox’s interactive product features something he calls Light Pebbles. The light looks a little like a pea-pod and the four Light Pebbles sit in a strip of neoprene called the base unit.

The base unit can be plugged in to a standard electric wall charge unit and then the Pebbles retain their glow and can slid out of the base to be used separately or as a unit.

The best part of the design is the individual Pebbles that can be used for a myriad of night-time activities like reading or camping. Additionally, it may be amazing that how the pebbles can be manipulated within the base unit, facing outwards or inwards and giving different lighting effects.
