MRI Suites within a hospital pose a special challenge when it comes to lighting. There are the needs of the technician performing the tests, which includes adequate lighting for their tasks and maneuvering within the room. The patient needs to be able to feel calm and comfortable while they are being examined during what can often be a long procedure. Philips Day-Brite has taken those needs into consideration and designed a totally integrated system with the RelaxView Healthcare Lighting Solution.

General room illumination is provided by the LED Ambient Ceiling Illuminator (RVAC) and the Recessed LED Downlight (RVAD). These products allow everyone to navigate throughout the room safely and perform tasks whether it is at full illumination or dimmed during procedures.
