Innolux has been cultivating the AM-Micro LED display technology for a long time, including its autonomously developed critical technology – phototransduction and colorization as well as selective mass repair, for which more than 100 public patents have been arranged.

Innolux is revealing its exclusive retina phototransduction AM-Micro LED splicing display for the first time at this exhibition. The product contains super high contrast, ultra wide angle, no color deviation, high color saturation, retina display, and seamless splicing, and is targeted at the markets of large 8K retina display, including high-end conference rooms, security control centers, high-end theaters, and museums, in the hope of creating a pristine experience for consumers, and expanding on new application markets. As for future goals, Innolux will be focusing on automotive applications and smart TVs.

In addition to exclusively showcasing its AM-Micro LED splicing display, Innolux has also presented its strengths in technical R&D for Mini LED at the exhibition. Global market intelligence firm TrendForce has pointed out that the penetration rate of Mini LED is expected to rise by 18% within 5 years based on the flourishing performance of new generation displaying technology. Thanks to its substantial R&D abilities, Innolux has presented the first 55-inch AM Mini LED chip-on-board (COB) public display in Taiwan.

It is reported that this exclusive AM Mini LED COB splicing technology contains high black ratio, high brightness, high contrast, high color saturation, high definition dynamic picture quality, and comes with no size restrictions. The technology is targeted at high-end conference rooms, central control platforms, large indoor advertisement monitors, as well as future smart home appliances and TVs, with commercial opportunities that should not be trifled with. Furthermore, Innolux has also revealed an ultra large 120-inch 8K Mini LED display that is adopted with the new generation Mini LED backlight display technology and the overall unit technology, and comes with high color saturation and remarkable 8K resolution, which provides the best and most vivid visual effects for the viewers.
