Available in 8 mm tape, the LEDs are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free and are compatible with IR-re-flow soldering (pre-conditioned according to JEDEC Level 2a).

“With their high brightness and small size, the PCB-based devices released today are the perfect choice for small scale products that are expected to work reliably in arduous environments,” said Vishay, suggesting use in keypad backlights, navigation displays, phones, industrial controls, traffic signals and message boards.
