Trans-Lux Corporation recently unveiled the world's largest and most advanced in-arena center hung scoreboard in the world at Prudential Center in New Jersey. The Arena is home to The New Jersey Devils and Seton Hall basketball as well as hundreds of concerts and events.
The behemoth scoreboard delivers the most powerful, dynamic fan experience in sport. The giant structure is 4 stories high and sports a record breaking 29 Million pixels. The 9,600+ square footage of displays equates to 1,300 50-inch televisions.

The new digital display installation catapults the Prudential Center from last in overall size to first.
"This new Trans-Lux scoreboard will put Newark on the international map, where it belongs," said Hugh Weber, President of Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment and the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center.
Above and beyond the center hung scoreboard, Trans-Lux deployed the most advanced fascia displays, basketball scorer's tables as well as Fair-Play sports accessories.
"Trans-Lux led the integration team that combined its advanced technology with partners Absen, ChryonHego, Christy and Murdoch Engineering among others to insure Prudential Center got the best solution in the world," concluded Mr. Allain.
