Heliospectra Reports Interim Management Statement for January – September 2018

Heliospectra AB, a Swedish lighting specialist for controlled environments horticulture, has presented its Interim Management Statement for January to September 2018.

The company reported a net sales amount of SEK 34 million (US$ 3.72 million) with a growth of 75% YoY. However, its operating loss amounted to SEK -21 million (US$ -2.3 million), signifying a negative operating margin. The loss after tax was SEK -21 million (US$ -2.3 million).

During the first three quarters, Heliospectra has provided its intelligent lighting solution to various growers from all over the world and launched the helioCORE control system. It has worked with several cannabis research centers and facilities in Australia, Canada, Denmark and Macedonia for medical cannabis cultivation.
