Designed by particular package for reflow process application can accelerate the speed of manufacturing process. In addition, the slim and miniature size can reduce optical components and minimize mechanical dimension. As a result, designers have excellent flexibility in optical design. Unlike traditional PLCC Series, ET-3535 Series upgrade the light extraction efficiency with the dome lens. And its low thermal resistance(4℃/W) can improve the efficiency of thermal management and extend the life time of LED.
The ET-3535 Series are compliant to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS). Lead, glass and mercury are not used in ET-3535 Series in order to provide an environmentally friendly product to customers.
