QisDesign:LED Lamps with 100 Different Possibilities

BenQ Group member QisDesign will present their new table lamp products Hatha and Compasso tomorrow (16).  


 
The Hatha light is equipped with 6 LED bulbs, and has the ability to twist and adjust to any angle and height. It is expected to hit the market on 8/21 at NT$12,800.


Inspired by the design of a compass, the Compasso lamp has adjustable length and can rotate 360 degrees. It will begin sales at NT$18,800 on 9/4.


 
he built in 6 LED bulbs provide illumination of 1200~2200lux, perfect for reading use. The lamps flexible design allows it to be completely flattened for easy storage.


Designed with interior designers and drafters in mind, the base of the lamp has the ability to swivel 360 degrees and an arm made of aluminum allow which allows for directional flexibility. This bring the cost up to a steep NT$18,800.\

 



 
 
When retracted, the outer appearance is similar to that of a compass with a rounded swivel base. The use of rubber gives the lamp a dexterous design where it can bend with just the touch of a finger.   



 
LED light guide technology gives the lamp a luminosity of 1500~2700lux. It also comes with touch control where a tap of the finger turns the lamp on or off and sliding the finger will adjust the brightness of the light.

With a combination of a metal base and rubber body, the Hatha lamp is able to move and twists just like the human body. Step-less adjustable brightness and 2.2 kg in weight, the Hatha light is not easily accessible at NT$12,800.
