Cover Lenses and Panels (Fully, professionally processed and made in Taiwan.)

Customized Cutting：
The thickness could be cut from 0.55mm to 1.10mm

Edge Chamfering：
After cutting, the cover lens should be chamfered and then go the next step for chemical tempering.

Hole Drilling：
The min. dia. of the holes could be 1.5mm, the thickness could be from 0.55mm to 1.8mm and the holes come in all shapes.

Chemical Tempering：
Optical quality is not reduced by chemical tempering process, and there is no deformation or distortion by the heating process. It can be cut or further processed which is impossible for physical tempered glass. But all the good points about regular and physical tempered glass are not reduced for chemical tempered glass.
