Panasonic Electric Works Presents High Thermal Conductive Flexible Circuit Board Materials: ECOOL-F

Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd. presents a flexible substrate (ECOOL-F) that achieves the same level of heat dissipation as aluminum substrates, allowing for use in applications that require thinner, lighter, and flexible substrates.

This flexible type uses a thin, uniform polyimide film as an insulating layer, achieves low thermal resistance levels, and also possesses high electric strength.

Panasonic is to exhibit at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) on 9-12 June 2011, and the LED Lighting Taiwan on 14-16 June 2011.
