TSLC Corporation, a subsidiary of SemiLEDs, announced the launch of its UVC LED product lines which include high power and high density LED chips and chip packages for the growing market of sterilization. To improve the efficiency of UVC LED, TSLC’s new product series uses a high refractive index material which is UVC transmissible to increase the light extraction by about 35%.
