It’s reported that Ultratech, Inc., a leading supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used to manufacture semiconductor devices, announced it received a multiple-system order from U.S.-based SemiLEDs Corp., a leading supplier of high-brightness, laser-emitting diodes (HBLEDs).
