The 23rd edition of Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition returns from 9 ‒ 12 June 2018 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, China. With more than 2,600 exhibitors from around the world already confirmed to join, this year’s fair promises to be one of the largest editions to date.

The 23rd edition of the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE), the most influential and comprehensive lighting and LED event in Asia, is set to take place from 9 ‒ 12 June 2018, at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China.

Kicking off on 9 June, the 22nd edition of the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) welcomed visitors for the four-day fair during which key industry players had the chance to explore the convergent future of the lighting industry. The fair maintained its position as an influential and comprehensive lighting and LED event by receiving strong industry support – support that was demonstrated by its largest visitor figures in recent years. The fair welcomed 156,898 visitors (2016: 145,080) – an increase of over 8% from last year’s exhibition – from 134 countries and regions. The top 10 overseas visitors were from Hong Kong, India, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, US, Thailand, Russia, Malaysia and Australia.

Results of the 10th Hong Kong Lighting Design Competition were announced at a networking reception during the opening of the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition). 

The ninth Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition), organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), closed yesterday. The four-day fair (6-9 April) welcomed a record of 1,340 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, welcoming close to 21,000 buyers from 115 countries and regions, a 5.8 per cent increase over the previous year.
