LEDinside took a close eye on LED component suppliers of Japan and Korea leading brands at this fair.

Nichia

Nichia, the largest global LED packager, took a positive on lighting business and launched a series of new high-power LEDs for indoor lighting, among which, Nichiahellios series stressed on its 3.5W bulb with brightness of 350lm and 95lm/W efficiency. Another 1W high-power product is customized with brightness of 130lm which could adjust its CRI by customers’ demand from Ra70 to Ra92.

Nichia aiming on big growth potential in lighting business and launched a series of new high-power LEDs for indoor lighting, among which, Nichiahellios series stressed on its 3.5W bulb with brightness of 350lm and 95lm/W efficiency. Another 1W high-power product is the high brightness of 130lm which could adjust its CRI by customers’ demand, ranging from Ra70 to Ra92.

These two products have been made into bulbs by cooperating with Japanese makers.

Citizen

Citizen showcased its high-efficiency new products, including CL-L125 series and CL-L102-C6 series/ CL-L233 series, for spotlights and streetlights application, and all with efficiency above 100lm/W.

Seoul Semiconductor

Seoul Semiconductor had released its new AC LED for indoor lighting as well as solution for LED streetlight.

There is always a trade-off between efficacy and CRI in the LED development. While to confront this challenge, Seoul Semiconductor exposed its high CRI products of AC LED, A4 series with high efficacy. The A4 series featured CCT of 3000K, 75lm/W efficacy, and high CRI of 85. CRI could reach the highest of Ra96 by customers’ demand.
