Japan Showa Denko K.K. raised its blue LED production capacity

Japan Showa Denko K.K. (SDK) has raised its blue LED production capacity from 200 million units per month to 340 million units per month at its Chiba site. SDK made a trial run to secure product quality and stable operations after completion of expansion work in July, and has already started commercial operation.
