Crompton Lighting, a division of the Gerard Lighting Group in Australia, has announced a LUXEON-Based XL LED downlight with the assistance of Future Lighting Solutions . The fixtures consume 70% less energy and provide a much longer 50,000-hour lamp life than their 50W MR16 halogen counterparts.
