Titan LED of Moorpark, Calif., an LED lighting company, is considering a couple of sites in Warren to establish a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility that would employ 25. Reportedly, KU Environs is proposing the installation of LED lights throughout campus to make campus lighting energy efficient. At present, the group has installed a set of LED lights as a demonstration on West Campus. Considering LED-application products containing LEDs marketed by WILMAR CORPORATION (a U.S. marketing and distribution company) used White LEDs that infringe at least one of Nichia’s U.S. patents, Nichia demanded that WILMAR discontinue marketing the infringing products. Veeco has released its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. According to Veeco's Chief Executive Officer, John R.
