Everlight to Host Zhaga Consortium this November

The Zhaga consortium, an international organization for industry standards for interchangeable LEDs, is once again coming to Taiwan. This time Everlight will be hosting the international conference.


The conference will be held for three days, hosted by Everlight subsidiary Everlight Electronics on November 5-7 at The Sherwood Taipei. It is expected that 100 Zhaga members consisting mostly of high ranking company officials will be attending.

The consortium was established by global companies to advocate industry collaboration. Some of the notable members include lighting manufacturers such as Cooper Lighting, zumtobel and iGuzzini, LED module manufacturers, material and lighting component suppliers, and technology service companies for laboratories such as UL, DEKRA, Intertek and more. After its establishment, Zhaga quickly reached a member count of 180 companies showing the strong demand in the industry for interchangeable products.
