Nationstar Top Two Shareholders Sheds 11.55 Million Shares

Nationstar’s Vice Chairmen Yao Hao Wang and Binhai Yu sold 11.55 million company shares, or equivalent to 2.68% company stock shares from Dec. 29-30, 2014, according to a report by Quanjing.com.

Wang and Yu raised a total of RMB 77.73 million on Dec. 29, 2014 from selling 7.75 million shares each at RMB 10.03 per share. The following day, Wang sold another 3.8 million shares at RMB 9.75 per share, which valued roughly RMB 37.05 million. In total, the two sold RMB 115 million worth of shares.

As of Dec. 31, 2014, the two major shareholders sold a total of 13.05 million shares, which is about a 3.3% stake in the company. The company’s three major shareholders Wang, Yu and Juyi Tsai total stake in the company is about 15.05%.
