Vishay Intertechnology Named 'OFweek 2011 Best Service Provider of LEDs'

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced that the Company has been named by OFweek.com as the "OFweek 2011 Best Service Provider of LEDs."

OFweek.com focuses on LED market research and is one of the biggest LED industry websites in China. To highlight the state of the LED industry, every year OFweek.com teams up with industry experts to recognize innovative companies and technologies with the "OFweek LED Industry Annual Awards of Excellent Enterprise and Product."

This year's winners were selected from nominated LED manufacturers and products based on online user voting on OFweek.com (40 percent), voting by a panel of OFweek expert advisors (40 percent), and voting by OFweek.com editors (20 percent).

The awards were presented on Nov. 18 at a ceremony held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Shenzhen, China. Eric Lo, Vishay's senior director of Hong Kong and China sales, was on hand to accept the award.
