Klauf Lighting started a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and successfully reached its targeted US$ 10,000 within the first four days of its launch and the number is still growing.
The Klauf Light Bar/ Version 2 is a two way modular LED remote phosphor lamp that can be attached to metallic surface or the designated desktop lamp, Klauf Task Lamp. The LED energy saver comes in two sizes, 12 inch and 6 inch. The 12 inch light bar only uses up to 7 watt while generating 435lm, the 6 inch one produces 220lm of light. The Klauf Light Bar also has a docking plate for non-magnetic surface.
The modular light bar can be seamlessly connected to each other by using the provided Power Bridge. Users can also adopt Power Jumper to chain up to 15 light bars together.
The extendable light bar, according to its description, also makes food looks more delicious compared to other similar products.
The flexibility of kaluf Light Bar makes it effortlessly easy for backers to light up areas where it was once impossible or difficult to get illuminated. For example, the Klauf Light Bar can be attached to the hood, enabling delicate repair and inspection.
They also provide a wide selection of adaptors for different countries and areas.
The Klauf Light Bar make it easier for users to customize their light bar. Backers can decide the color temperature, the light bar housing color and the diffuser material and its color, nonetheless, the lamp base color for Task Lamp backers.
According to its Kickstarter page, the campaign has acquired US$31,045 so far. The early bird package are all gone and will be shipped on Oct 2015.
