Facility managers can complete an LED upgrade in seconds by installing the Helen LED T8 into existing fixtures, including; troffers, pendants and shop lights. Lunera’s proprietary BallastLED™ plug-and-play technology enables the existing Instant Start, Programmed Start or Rapid Start T8 fluorescent electronic ballasts to power the lamp.

Once installed, the high efficacy Helen Lamp T8 emits beautiful light over 330 degrees of its surface. It has a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 83 and delivers up to 1,800 lumens of usable light. The lamps are available in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K color temperatures to suit most applications. The Helen Lamp T8 is constructed from glass rather than plastic for superior optical efficiency.

The long lifespan of the Helen Lamp T8 is rated at 50,000 hours to L70, significantly longer than a typical fluorescent T8 lamp. It virtually eliminates ongoing lighting maintenance costs. There is no mercury in the Helen Lamp T8, allowing for non-hazardous waste disposal. The UL and DLC QPL Listed Helen Lamp T8 products are supported by a five-year warranty and are now available for purchase.
