As a friendly gesture to local Nigerian consumers, the company started to donate 88 solar- powered LED streetlights.
The project covered three communities, including Ogunbiyi, Anifowose and Anibiyi. The installed solar LED streetlights have 24-month warranty and batteries backup, provided by the LED lighting subsidiary of TECHNO.
Originally, the lights in Ikeja are lit throughout the period from 7 pm to 6 am, with the newly installed streetlights, the communities are considering to further extend the operation time.
